Negativity only places limits on your abilities. It destroys your vision and is ultimately poisonous to success. You can’t attain success if your mindset is fixated on the idea that you don’t deserve it or will never achieve it. Happiness will give you the confidence you need to quiet the inner critic inside and you will become your true potential.

A promotion, losing weight, or a new relationship can only make us happy temporarily. Your ego will be boosted but happiness only remains when it comes from within. If you are constantly seeking happiness form everywhere else but yourself, you are setting yourself up for failure.

You might be thinking that there is no way out of negative thinking habits but there is. You can and should free yourself of all negativity. Why? Because as you can see in the quote above happiness plays a major role in you achieving success.
When you are focused more on positivity you will be able to bounce back easier from negative events. Having a more optimistic view on the future determines the actions you will take in the present. Think of positivity like the launch pad and your thoughts as the momentum that will propel you to overall personal, career, or business goals.
Which means that you have to believe you will achieve it, connect with others who have the same mindset, and have confidence that you will overcome any obstacle and kick ass. You are all you need to create happiness. Take a moment to be with that ideal. It is a conscious decision that you have make everyday to remain positive.

You are unique. No matter what your current circumstances are, you need to take pride in the fact that no one can do it like you. There will never be another you. You owe it to yourself to become the best version of you.
The happier you are the further you will go. Negativity will only paralyze you to remain the same situation. Negativity does not breed growth and progress. There is no hope in thinking negatively. Those thoughts only keep you wallowing in self-doubt.
When you are happy your brain is at top performance. It is hard to focus on success if you are stressed and neutral. However by remaining optimistic you are excited and can see clearly the actions you need to take to achieve your goals.
By practicing gratitude you will increase your overall happiness and will be less likely to lose sight of your, why. Your why is your purpose and what will keep you going. Give light to the things you already have and what you already do well.
